Paladino has expressed support for Israel and called for Hamas to surrender. She described American pro-Palestinian protesters as "the worst people our society has ever produced" and called campus protesters "monsters" who must be "slayed."

Paladino opposed the use of several New York City buildings as migrant shelters in 2022–2023 and worked toward the closure of a shelter at a former parochial school in her district.

Paladino is a vocal supporter of the NYPD. When a reporter documented illegal sidewalk parking by officers, she posted on X: "You can just tell when a guy has never been punched in the face," directing the comment at the reporter rather than the officers.

Paladino referred to Drag Queen Story Hour as "cultural indoctrination" and "child grooming" in 2022, which led to her removal from the City Council's Mental Health Committee in March 2023.
