This legislation would add honorary co-names to 26 streets and public places across all five boroughs to recognize 9/11 memorials, remembrance sites, and the first responders who gave their lives on September 11, 2001. The new names honor locations such as firehouses, parks, cemeteries, schools, and community gardens that have established memorials to those lost. Each street co-naming was requested by the local City Council Member representing that district.

Establishing a legacy business registry and preservation fund
This bill would create an official registry recognizing businesses that have operated in NYC for at least 20 years and helped shape the character of their neighborhood. These 'Legacy Businesses' could apply for grants to help them stay open if they are at risk of being forced out. Landlords who offer a 10-year lease to a Legacy Business would also be eligible for funding.

Reforming the industrial business zone boundary commission
This law would make the commission that oversees NYC's industrial business zones more accountable and harder to influence. It adds new members, bans real estate developers and lobbyists from serving, and requires a strong supermajority vote before changing any industrial zone boundaries. The City Council must also be notified quickly whenever boundary changes are approved, helping protect manufacturing jobs and industrial neighborhoods from outside pressure.

A Local Law in relation to establishing a pilot program to match small businesses with social media content creators for assistance with marketing and advertising, and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof
This bill would create a pilot program run by the Department of Small Business Services to match local small businesses with social media content creators who can help them with marketing and advertising. Small businesses and content creators would both apply to participate, and the city would pair them together based on their needs. After the program ends, the city must report on how well it worked.
